Private Fitness Training

We pride ourselves on our private training.  You deserve to exercise without pain and discomfort.  You will work with our trainers to find the best method for you to gain strength, flexibility, overall fitness, and whatever else you would like to improve. We can help you with that golf or tennis game, too! 

We train all ages and can even work with your healthcare provider if necessary to ensure a fantastic experience for you.

50 minute sessions $90
5 pack $425 

30 minute sessions $50
5 pack $225

New clients get a free meet and greet and first session may run long so that we can complete an assessment.  You will not be charged extra for this time.

Small Group Training

Join us for small group personal training.  Join a group of 2-4 people for a fun, strength building, core strengthening workout.  We take into account your past injuries and your goals.

Sessions are $35.  Just sign up by 7pm the night before so that we know there are at least 2 people signed up.  If we don't get the minimum, the session will be cancelled and you will be refunded.

Mondays 8:00am
Wednesdays 7:30am
Wednesdays 6:30pm
Thursdays 6:30pm
Fridays 8am

We may add to the schedule so check back frequently or contact us for more information. If these times don't work and you would like to workout with your own group please contact us! We may have trainers available for you.
