Private Fitness Training
Whether it's live in our clean, well equipped studio or virtual in the privacy of your own home, we offer many programs to help you incorporate the highest level of fitness training into your life.
We know how hard it is to fit everything in, that's why we are proud to offer our Harmony Strong program! Private training with the added accountability of an app that tracks workout efficiency, nutrition, and body metrics.
Small Group Training
We are adding three small groups:
Tuesday Core and Balance at 3:45 with Saracontact us for more information
Tuesday Small Group fitness with Ellen at 7am
Friday Small Group Fitness with Pam at 8:30am
Max three participants, you must sign up the day before. If fewer than two sign up it will be cancelled and you will be refunded.
